We use Australian Based products and diamond grind your existing concrete surface down before any application takes place. This ensures an oil and grime-free canvas that is rough enough for the spray-crete to form strong bonds with.

Our floors are rated to the highest grip rating, 2x stronger than conventional concrete, look stunning, UV resistant, resistant to stains and durable enough for sustained use in a residential and commercial setting.

We offer a 7year warranty.

We use Australian Based products and diamond grind your existing concrete surface down before any application takes place. This ensures an oil and grime-free canvas that is rough enough for the spray-crete to form strong bonds with.

Our floors are rated to the highest grip rating, 2x stronger than conventional concrete, look stunning, UV resistant, resistant to stains and durable enough for sustained use in a residential and commercial setting.

We offer a 7year warranty.

1.Grind & Prepare

We start with a diamond grind your floors to smooth out the surface, remove any oil/grease stains and create a rough texture for the epoxy to bond with.

2.Repair & Fix

We then fill cracks and holes to eliminate imperfections in your floor. This creates a smooth canvas for the Epoxy application.

3.Primer Layer

We add the first layer. This is a base primer coat which ensures a smooth bond between your newly grinded surface and the additional layers to come.

4.Base Layer

We then add the second layer. This is the coloured (your choice) base layer.

5.Textured Layer

We then add the textured layer. This give your floors the p5 grip rating, which makes your new floor safer for you.

6.Fleck Layer

We then add your fleck layers. This is optional and you can choose up to two colours. This layer provides more grip and visual appeal.

7.Clear Coats x 2

We then add the two clear layer, which strengthens your floor and increases it's resistance to ware and tare.

8.72hrs Cure Time

Once all the layers have been applied. Your floor will need to cure over 72hrs. Heavy traffic is 7 day cure time.

9.Completed Floor

Now your new, swanky and durable Spray-crete floor is complete! Our detailed process ensures your floors last for over 10+ years.
